Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All bookings ideally need at least 2 weeks notice. I am however occasionally able to turn an order around at short notice, in which case please contact me to discuss.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking, therefore this needs to be paid as soon as possible to secure your required date. Balance is then payable upon collection or delivery or can be made prior to collection/delivery.

Payments & Deposits can be made via: Cash or Bank Transfer.
Delivery/Collection
Deliveries made within a 5-mile radius are free of charge. A charge of 50p a mile will be made thereafter. I will not be held responsible for the safety of any cake once it has either been delivered or collected from my premises.
Wedding Cakes
Where possible an informal meeting will be held to discuss your requirements & design with myself. All Wedding Cakes will be personally delivered by myself (where possible) & set up as required (delivery charges may still apply). I will not be held responsible for any cake once it has been delivered & set up.
Other Details
Occasionally, non-edible materials are requested to decorate a cake such as brooches, feathers, diamantes etc. These will remain the customers responsibility to remove before the cake is consumed. It will also be the customers responsibility to inform the venue/caterers of this and I will accept no responsibility for any harm that may arise.
