The Christmas Snowman will run until December.
We've had so many enquiries regarding cake decorating classes that we have decided to run themed lessons dependant on the time of year.
Classes will run on Mondays with Sarah, 10am start & will finish approx 2pm. Max class size of 2.  Age 18 & over.
You will learn how to split, fill & ganache a cake. Roll out & cover with fondant. Then decorate your cake according to design. Different decoration skills will be taught.
All materials (inc vanilla sponge), equipment & apron will be supplied including tea/coffee. Please bring yourself, together with a  notepad & pen for notes & a spot of lunch. 
You will then box your cake & take home in time for tea!

Classes must be booked by the previous Wednesday!
